30A is a 17 mile long scenic highway running along some of the most beautiful settings on the panhandle of Florida.
All along this road are beautiful homes and neigborhoods–making this one of the most prestigious areas in the country.
Just like Highway One on the California coast or the Overseas Highway in Key West, 30A is another stretch of road that draws millions of visitors a year.
It's located along some of the most beautiful surroundings with elevated views of Lakes, the emerald coast, and some of the most beautiful homes.
Where is 30A?
30A is located between Destin and Panama City Beach. It's 17 miles runs along some of the highest coastline in all of Florida giving this area one of the most diverse feels.
How wealthy is 30A?
In the last 3 years there have been 256 homes SOLD between $5-$10 million and 38 homes SOLD over $10 Million.
That is by far more than any other area on the panhandle.

How many beach towns are there along 30A?
There are 9 distinct beach towns along 30A. All offer a different experience to their residents and guests.
Seaside
Seaside was the first New Urbanism community established in 1981. Its emphasis is a "Simple Beautiful Life" where walking is more convenient that driving.
The town has a school, theatre, retail, & restaurants and was designed for vacations and residents.
Rosemary Beach
Rosemary Beach was the 2nd New Urbanism community established in 1995. This area has a very European feel with some of the most expensive homes along 30A.
Alys Beach
Alys Beach was the 3rd New Urbanism community born in 2004. It has the same roots as the other 2 but a very different design. All the buildings are white and the architecture reminds most people of Greece. It is the last community to be developed along 30A so there is a lot of construction.
Seacrest
Seacrest is right next to Alys Beach. There are several gated neighborhoods and a lot of new homes dominating the shoreline. There are several condominiums as well that blend in.
Watersound
Watersound is a private gated community made up of several neighborhoods. Its architecture is similar to that of Cape Cod and other Atlantic beach towns. There are many walking trails and the area is surrounded by 2 lakes, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Just north is the Camp Creek Golf Course, an award winning course that is recognized as one of the best in the country.
